Championship finals and end of year party
Rejoice!! This may be the last email you receive from me for the 2018 season (although I can't make any guarantees!)
First, a big congratulations and shout out goes to Seda Barranco, Loraley Messick, Porter Messick, and Ariella Woodard. Seda made it to the finals in her 100IM and Loraley made it in her backstroke and 100 IM. Porter is an alternate in his butterfly and Ariella is an alternate in her freestyle. Be sure to congratulate them when/if you see them. It is quite an accomplishment to make it this far. Also if you have the time or inclination you can watch the finals live via webcast (http://atlantaswimming.com/Webcast) The finals begin at 11am (for the 10&u) and 4pm (for the 11&over) today.
Second, for our end of year party there are some things I forgot to mention. If you are planning on coming if you could bring a side dish to share that would be great. Also if we could have some people show up around 5:15 to help set up the facility it would make life so much easier. Lastly, just a reminder that we will have drinks available (cokes, diet cokes, sprites, water, lemonade, and sweet tea). If none of those will work feel free to bring your own.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
Jason
