Hey all!!

First things first, thank you all for being so wonderful despite the gross weather last night! We swam a great meet, and miraculously finished all of the events before the thunder rolled in! 

Attached are the results of the meet- don't be deterred by the numbers, however, because we even had a few PRs!!

We are working to get the labels for the ribbons as quickly as possible, and should have those ready in time for practice tomorrow!!

Looking forward, our next meet is on MONDAY, June 24th, vs. Decatur ( 404 West Trinity Place, Decatur, GA, 30030 ). Like usual, please let us know as soon as possible if your swimmer(s) are available for this meet. 

Lastly, the Championship Meet is next WEDNESDAY, June 26th at the Georgia Tech Aquatic Center ( 750 First Drive , Atlanta, GA, 30318 ). A couple important points about this meet:

1. Our session of the Championship Meet is from 7am-1pm on Wednesday, June 26.
2. This meet is optional, but your swimmer needs to be signed up by this Friday, June 21st before 1pm. The Atlanta Swim Association charges a late fee of $30 per individual event and $50 per relay, and the Electric Rays will not cover that fee, so please adhere to that deadline if you are interested in swimming. 
3. The parking situation is a little complicated, so we encourage all interested in participating to pre-purchase a parking permit for the Georgia Tech deck at this link https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events . Make sure to purchase the pass for the correct time slot. Also, it is cheaper to do it ahead of time!
4. For the swimmers that qualify for the finals (following the Championship Meet), these finals will be held on Saturday, June 29th. More on that later.
5. I will begin forwarding information that we receive regarding this meet to all of you, just for further clarification!!

One last thing, on JULY 2nd, at 6pm, we are having our Awards Banquet at Embry Hills Pool. The team is providing chicken for the event, but we ask that everyone please bring a side dish!!
