Well it's the final week of the season!!  There is a lot going on so I'll get right to the points.

1.  Tomorrow's meet is being finalized.  It is our last meet and will be held at Embry Hills.  We've already had two of these so I think y'all know the drill :)

2.  Tuesday practice will be held (weather permitting) at Westhampton for those attending the ASA Championship meet.

3.  The Championship meet is upon us and there is A LOT of information.  Please familiarize yourself with the info at the following link since it has all the information you will need. https://asa.swimtopia.com/championship

With that being said, here are some highlights/changes from previous years.  

*  Our team will need to meet outside and enter the building together.  We can enter as early as 2:40pm.  Our warmup time will be in the boys pool (pool on the farthest side from the diving well) in lanes 1-3.  Our team seating area is Section 102, Rows C & D.

*  You will not be able to park in the parking deck next to the aquatic center unless you have prepaid your parking.  You will not be able to pay for parking at the lot.  There will be other lots available to park; however, you will be walking and paying more.  I highly recommend buying the prepaid parking.

*  There are no large coolers allowed.  You can bring a small one that fits under your chair.  Be sure to bring some gatorade/powerade and water with you.

*  I've also attached the Meet entry form, and Psych sheet.  Heat sheets are not available yet but you will have to print out your own.  Let me repeat that.  If you want a heat sheet you will have to print one out yourself.  Once I get them they will be forwarded to everyone.

*  I've also attached an Order of events.  This meet is a little different in the order that events are swum.  All relays will go first (typically the medley is at the beginning and free is at the end of the meet).  All Medley relays are  immediately followed by the freestyle relays.  This means that if your swimmer is in both relay as soon as they finish the medley they will need to line up for the freestyle.

*  We will also need to provide two timers on the girls pool as volunteers.  I've opened up the volunteer portal for the championship meet.  First come first serve.  This will give you access to the floor (which is a lot of fun) as you will be timing.

*  Lastly, our end of year party is scheduled for Wed July 6th at Embry Hills.  More info will be coming but mark it on your calendar.
