This email is ONLY for those going to the Championship meet. If you are not attending the Championship meet this Thursday morning at Georgia Tech you can disregard.

It’s almost here and there is a lot of information available about the meet. Here is the link to the ASA website that goes over everything Championship meet related (https://asa.swimtopia.com/championship). Let me know if you have any questions but here are some highlights.

• We must enter into the GT aquatic center as a team and we cannot enter before 7:45am…our warmups begin at 8:15. We will likely meet together outside of the aquatic center around 7:30 so we can walk in together.
• Regarding parking, you will NOT be able to purchase parking at the Aquatic center the day of the event. It must be purchased online. I also HIGHLY recommend purchasing it sooner rather than later as many times the parking lot sells out (I know from experience :)). The link for the parking is here: (https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events). Remember our event is on “Day 2 Morning Session”.

I’ve attached the Psych sheet and the Event listing for the meet. They will send out a heat sheet for the meet the closer we get to it. As soon as I have it I will send out to everyone. . They will not have any copies at the meet so if you want a copy you will need to print your own. I will probably print a few extra but they tend to go fast.

Lastly, Practice for those going to the Championship will be on Tuesday and Wednesday this week from 6:00-7:30pm. It will be a “drop-in” practice where you can come and stay as long as you like. We will be working with the swimmers on starts, turns, stroke techniques, and any other thing they may want help with.
