Electric Rays End of Season Reminders!!!!!

Thank you to everyone who volunteered and donated concessions for last night's swim meet! It went very smoothly, and we greatly appreciate the help. As we wind down to the last week of the season (hard to believe, isn't it?!), we wanted to send a few quick reminders to make sure you don't miss out on our final meet, the championship, and other activities.

• Final Meet: Monday, 6/24, 6:00 PM at Embry Hills Club (vs. Malo Aquatics). Declare availability in Swimtopia by Thursday (tomorrow), note event preferences. Arrive by 5:00. Yes - our final meet is on a Monday.
• ASA Championship: Wednesday, 6/26, 9:30 AM. Sign up by TOMORROW AT 5PM (Thursday, 6/20).
• End of Season Banquet - Scheduled for July 2 at 6 PM at Embry Hills Club. More details to come!
• Coaches' Gift Contributions: Venmo @Sarah-Adams-545 (last four digits 6751) by 6/30. Suggested donation $15-25 per swimmer you have on the team. Let's show our hard-working coaches some ElectricRays love!
• Parent survey - We are planning to push out a survey right after the season is over to obtain feedback for potential tweaks for next season. Be on the lookout and please participate!
• Last chance to order Team Photos: If you did not get to order photos last night, text Peter Gurd at 404-664-1004, and Venmo $10 to @Peter-Gurd by Friday, 6/21. 
• Practice tonight: "Treats after meets"! Let's get ready for next week's meets and finish the season strong.
• Team shirts: if you still have not picked up your team shirt, respond to this email, and we’ll set a time to meet up at one of our practices.
